Premium Group, in partnership with Symbiosis Open Education Society, has launched the SWATI program. This initiative empowers young women from underprivileged backgrounds with the skills and education they need to thrive.

Breaking Barriers

SWATI focuses on higher education, practical training, and most importantly, making graduates employable. Inspired by a female-only assembly line, the program promotes gender equality and economic empowerment, paving the way for a more diverse and inclusive society.

Full-Time, Residential

SWATI is a fully funded program, providing participants with accommodation and comprehensive training.

Hands-On Learning

The curriculum focuses on active learning with 70% dedicated to practical experience. Students gain crucial skills in engineering, mechatronics, supply chain management, and more.

Personalized Attention

With limited class sizes of 25, each student receives individualized support.

100% Job Placement

SWATI boasts a remarkable 100% job placement record, actively connecting graduates with meaningful careers in mainstream industries.
